Cementing Strutt & Parkers place in the neighbourhood
using the sights and sounds of South Kensington

 

Problem - Leading London estate agent Strutt & Parker were opening a landmark new office in luxurious South Kensington and wanted to celebrate being part of the neighbourhood. But how do you get the general public excited about an estate agent?

The Big Idea – Welcome to the neighbourhood - an ambient campaign that featured the sights and sounds of South Kensington, with Strutt & Parkers new office at the heart of them all.

Creative Execution – An ambient campaign that took over South Ken tube station eye-catching 3D street-art which celebrated the sights and sounds of South Ken. The main feature was a scary Tyrannosaurus Rex, which appeared to be emerging from the street art – a celebration of the new offices proximity to the Natural History Museum.

 

Did you #DinoSelfie?

The dino-riffic piece drew crowds all day, as hundreds of people flocked to South Ken to take their very own #DinoSelfies! These selfies were then uploaded to social media platforms. In less than 24 hours, the campaign had an estimated reach of more than half a million social media users and gained coverage on several prominent South Kensington blogs in addition to a prominent West London newspaper.
